What appears to be a personal lantern slide made by the Beseler Lantern Slide Co., New York
Unsure of significance of the S152 and 63 on the label. The label side (Front) is actually the reverse image in reality.
I'll try to get some digital pictures of this slide to replace or accompany the scans which are way too dark
