Yellowstone National Park - Fishing Cone[last updated 01-05-2009] |

I have two distinct views of Cabinet Card 3628.
Differences to the front: No title at bottom of FJH 2 but present on FJH 1 Differences to the back: No title at bottom of FJH 1 but present on FJH 2 Font size different on FJH 2 FJH 1 states "N. P. R. R." while FJH 2 states "N. P. RY." Other remarks: The fishing line is clearly visible in FJH 2 - upon closer inspection, it can be faintly seen in FJH 1 as well, although previously missed Not sure why someone struck out the title's 3628 in pen and wrote the number 3564 on FJH 1 (Could 3564 also be a fishing cone view?), it is also written in pencil on the back of FJH 2 I have two books (WGTG & FJH1), three postcards (138, 6692, & 10494), two photogravures (PG FCYL and PG 15), a magazine (MM), a lantern slide (OSL-FJH), and a souvenir image (SO 138) similar to this view |

Contact me if you have suggestions for improvement or historical information on any of the items listed on this website. I am constantly looking for new material and researching the famous 'Fish Pot' at West Thumb, Yellowstone National Park. Thanks! | |
